About the Program
When you opt in, Bay Home Crew sends service-related text messages to the mobile number you provide. We use texting only to coordinate your service — we do not send marketing or promotional messages. Messages you may receive include:
- Appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, and reminders
- Technician arrival ("on my way") notifications
- Follow-ups about estimates you requested or work we completed
- Two-way conversational replies to your questions
Program Terms
- Message frequency varies based on your service activity.

- Opt out anytime: reply STOP to cancel. You may receive a final message confirming your opt-out.
